Hawksnest Beach is the first beach you come to when driving on the Northside of St John’s National Park. On a Sunday, you would often find locals standing on the water’s edge talking about the week’s events and waiting for the rain clouds to pass. The wet sand on the beach guides you beyond the gathering to Caneel Bay’s Hawksnest Beach. This original oil painting, created in an Impressionistic style was commissioned for a white wine label.
